This is the sweet spot for diving deeper into your floral design. We’ll review your color palette, event style, and must-have blooms. Your inspiration boards start turning into a personalized floral plan. This is also when we’ll connect with your planner and venue to make sure every installation works logistically.
2–3 Months Out: Confirm the Details
By this point, your floral order is in, and the fine-tuned details are being polished—bud vase counts, centerpiece layouts, bouquet sizes, and ceremony installations. Think of this as your floral “final draft.”
1–2 Weeks Out: Final Guest Counts & Adjustments
Fresh flowers are ordered specifically for your event. This is when we make any final tweaks based on guest count or floor plan changes. Your designs are already in motion—we’re just tailoring the last details.
