Event Management
We call this the “you got this” package. It’s for couples who feel confident in event planning and just want a team to take the lead on the actual day so that they can sit back and be present for the wedding and hard-won perfect day. This service is essentially day-of coordination. We run your timeline, divert drama, and set up stunning florals.
Design + Coordination
This package is for the couple that wants to be heavily involved but also wants help juggling it all. Our planning team will be in the process with you from the beginning, will help with the design, make sure you don’t miss anything, answer any and all questions with expert advice, and run everything on the big day.
We’ll also oversee and help set up and take down all decor and rentals. (From experience, set up and take down is the part where people are SO happy they have us. Set up always takes more time and manpower than you expect, and take down after such a full day is anything but romantic... But that doesn’t meant we don’t love it! It’s what we do best!)
Full Service
With this “we got this” package, we research and locate vendors that meet your specific vision, offer helpful insights to stay within budget, and ensure everyone is on the same page logistically. We handle details like confirming RSVPs, verifying vendor contracts, finding items to match your dream wedding design, or preparing seating charts.
And we check in regularly on all details leading up to the wedding and handle any last-minute changes or updates with ease. You will have our undivided attention while we take special care to make sure your special day is stress-free!

We have years of planning experience working in Central Wisconsin (Wausau, Weston, Schofield, Rothschild, Marathon, Stevens Point) and other Wisconsin destinations like Green Bay, Door County, Appleton/Neenah, Madison, and Milwaukee.
